3.1 Consultant-Based Services and Predictions

Any advice, consultation, or prediction for which the Platform charges fees is purely based upon the study, research, and knowledge of the independent consultants working with the Platform. The following important disclaimers apply:

• (a) All consultations, advice, or predictions made by consultants are predictions only and no assurance of the accuracy, fulfillment, or realization of such predictions shall be made or implied. The consultants provide their interpretations based on astrological principles, which are inherently subjective.
• (b) These services do not constitute professional or consumer services under applicable consumer protection laws. Users accessing the Platform are not consumers in the legal sense because the Platform does not promise or guarantee the fulfillment of predictions or advice made to subscribers.
• (c) The Platform does not give any assurances regarding the fulfillment of advice or predictions made by consultants. No advice given to any subscriber shall be construed as being 100% accurate or correct. Results may vary significantly based on individual circumstances, free will, and other factors beyond astrological interpretation.
• (d) Consultants on the Platform operate independently. The Platform serves as a medium to connect users with consultants but does not control, endorse, or guarantee the quality, accuracy, or appropriateness of their advice.
• (e) Our Services provided from the Platform are designed to create automated informational readings about you, based on astrological positions. Our Services are intended to provide helpful, and informative materials pertaining to astrology for your enlightenment / entertainment only. It is expressly stated that Kundli-Veda does not render psychological, health, or any other kind of personal & professional services in connection with the provided Services, Wherein, if you require any personal psychological and/or health related assistance or advice, We recommend that a competent professional to be consulted in this regard. Kundli-Veda expressly and specifically disclaims all responsibilities for any liability, loss or risk that is incurred as a consequence, whether directly or indirectly, of availing Our Services, including any actions that you may take or refrain from taking as a result of readings you receive from Our Services. Kundli-Veda further disclaims any legal liability for the reliability of any features related to Our Services. You hereby agree to assume full responsibility for any actions you take based on or related to your use of Our Services.
• (f) The Services Provided by us are classified into two categories, i.e., Free Services and Paid Services. The nature of each Service and the amount payable by a User for access to such Services, if any, shall be visible to the User on the Website.
• Free Services: Certain content, such as daily horoscopes or basic articles, may be offered free of charge.
• Paid Services: Personalized consultations and detailed reports are available upon payment of the applicable fees, as detailed on the website.

The use of our platform is not permitted if:

• You reside in a region where such services are legally restricted.
• Religious or legal norms prohibit your participation.
• You operate multiple accounts with different mobile numbers.

Further Account Terms

Every User unconditionally consents to us perusing the information provided by such User or Registered Member in order to ensure, maintain and provide our Services to the best of our ability and for grievance redressal if need be. Users agree to receive communications from SUV Astrotech Private Limited, including newsletters, information updates, notifications, and promotional messages, through SMS, email, WhatsApp, and other channels.

Registration Data: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process (e.g., Name, Date of Birth, Place of Birth, Time of Birth, Contact Details etc and other information as prompted on the Website during the registration process).

Authentication: Registration may require verification via One Time Password (OTP) sent to Your mobile number or authentication via third-party services (e.g., Google). An account can be created by other login methods through the User’s Gmail/Google login information. No User can have more than one valid account registered with a single phone number.

Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your login credentials. You agree not to share Your Account details with any third party. Services on the platform may be offered either by SUV Astrotech Private Limited or through third-party experts. While we strive to protect your personal and payment information, no digital platform is entirely risk-free. Despite security measures, there may be minimal risks like deception or data misuse beyond our control.

Liability for Account Activity: You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under Your Account. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Your failure to comply with this security obligation.

SUV Astrotech Private Limited does not independently verify the veracity of the information provided by a User or Registered Member and shall assume no liability arising out of any inaccuracy in the data provided to User, or Registered Member on the basis of such information.

Further, SUV Astrotech Private Limited reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the account of a Registered Member or restrict his right of usage of certain Services or their access the Website, without giving any prior notice to such Registered Member, in the event that the information provided by such Registered Member is found to be inaccurate or in the event the Registered Member is found to have indulged in making defamatory statements against or regarding SUV Astrotech Private Limited, its employees, officers, agents, affiliates or regarding the Services provided through the Website.

Notification of Breach: You agree to immediately notify Us of any unauthorized use of Your Account or any other breach of security.

5.1 Security of Registered Members’ Account

The account of a Registered Member is protected by means of a username and password ('Login Information') known only to the Registered Member at the time of registration of the account, and such Login Information should not be shared with anyone else. Each Registered Member is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Login Information, and every Registered Member agrees to immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of their Login Information or any other breach of security.

The Registered Member is solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of his/her payment accounts linked to his/her registered account on the Website. SUV Astrotech Private Limited shall bear no responsibility in case of any unauthorised use of such linked payment account by a third party. Further, any such unauthorised use, which a Registered Member is aware of or suspects, should be reported to us without any unreasonable delay.

It shall be the sole responsibility of a Registered Member to log out of their account after the completion of a session and any loss or damage of whatsoever nature caused due to failure to follow the said procedure shall be borne by such Registered Member alone and SUV Astrotech Private Limited shall not, in any way be held liable for any consequential loss or damage.

Further, the Users accept not to rent, loan, sell, assign, distribute, reverse engineer, grant a security interest in, or otherwise transfer any right to any one of the associated technologies and software owned or used by the Website.

Except for direct consultations with verified service providers, all other material on the platform including educational articles, visuals, or general content is intended for informational purposes only. Such content must not be interpreted as medical and/or Legal advice. SUV Astrotech Private Limited neither offers nor guarantees any medical outcomes and does not validate any recommendations, treatments, or medications suggested by third-party experts or AI.

If any unexpected outcome occurs after using the services, SUV Astrotech Private Limited or its associated advisors shall not be held liable. The most current version of the Policies, including T&C shall supersede all previous versions. You understand that your use of the Services after any changes to the Policies or addition of new Policies constitutes your acceptance to be bound by the most recent version of the Policies. If the Policies (including changes and additions thereto) are not acceptable to you, you have the absolute right to terminate your Account by writing to us at support@Kundliveda.in.

5.7 BREACH & TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT

SUV Astrotech Private Limited reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, alter, discontinue, or suspend any part of its services or User accounts—either partially or entirely—without prior notice or obligation to provide reasons. This includes, but is not limited to, changes in services ordered, suspension of access, or termination of Registered Member or Service Provider accounts.

• In the event of a violation of any terms mentioned in the Terms of Usage or Privacy Policy, SUV Astrotech Private Limited holds the right to take immediate action, which may include:
• Blocking, restricting, or permanently terminating the User’s or Registered Member’s access to the Website;
• Refusal to authenticate or verify the information provided at the time of registration or during usage.
• Discovery that the User or Member has submitted false, misleading, or fraudulent data;
• Any actions from a User or Member that may potentially cause legal liability to SUV Astrotech Private Limited, its affiliates, service providers, or other Users.

5.8 Account Deactivation & Data Retention

Registered Members may request account deactivation at any time by writing to us at support@kundliveda.in.

Upon termination—whether initiated by the User or by SUV Astrotech Private Limited—we reserve the right to retain the User's information for a period of 36 Months, solely for internal record-keeping and legal purposes. All such retained information will be automatically deleted after the specified period.

Sexually Explicit & Inappropriate Material

Is pornographic, obscene, or sexually suggestive, including depictions of sexual acts or nudity. This includes:

• Nude or sexually suggestive images, illustrations, or avatars—even if partially obscured or altered.
• Descriptions, guides, or tools relating to sexual activity, fetishes, or aids.
• Profane or lewd language, adult keywords, or explicit text in app listings or communications.
• Services that appear to promote sexual activity in exchange for money, gifts, or compensation (e.g., escort services, “sugar dating”).
• Content objectifying individuals or offering voyeuristic features (e.g., 'undress apps,' prank filters).
• Non-consensual sexual material, creepshots, or deepfake misuse.

Hate Speech & Discrimination

Promotes discrimination, hatred, or violence against individuals or groups based on Race, religion, caste, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any marginalised identity. Abusive: Is defamatory, libelous, threatening, or harassing.

Illegal Goods: Promotes the sale or use of illegal drugs, firearms, explosives, or other contraband.

Dangerous Movements & Sensitive Events

• Supports or glorifies violence against civilians.
• Exploits tragic events such as natural disasters, pandemics, conflicts, or deaths for profit or engagement.
• Dismisses or mocks sensitive incidents or their victims.
• Content related to these topics must be approached with empathy and accuracy.

Harassment & Bullying

Content involving intimidation, threats, or public humiliation is not tolerated, including:

• Harassing victims of conflict or tragedies.
• Blackmail, doxxing, or extortion.
• Targeted personal attacks or bullying based on sensitive identities.

Restricted Products & Illegal Activity

Our platform must not be used to sell, promote, or provide information related to:

• Firearms, ammunition, or firearm modifications.
• Explosives or weapons manufacturing.
• Psychotropic drugs, marijuana, tobacco, or alcohol misuse.

SUV Astrotech Private Limited does not endorse or allow content involving black magic, witchcraft, voodoo, or tantrik rituals. If a user is found promoting or participating in such practices—intentionally or otherwise—their account will be permanently deactivated.

Child Safety & Protection Policy

SUV Astrotech Private Limited enforces a strict zero-tolerance approach toward any content that endangers, exploits, or abuses children. Accounts involved in creating, sharing, or supporting such content will be permanently banned and reported where necessary.

Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:

• Any material that depicts or promotes child sexual exploitation or abuse.
• Predatory behaviour directed toward minors, including inappropriate touching or suggestive interactions.
• Grooming activities include forming inappropriate relationships with children to exchange sexual messages or images.
• Sexualized depictions of minors or imagery that encourages child abuse.
• Sextortion—blackmail involving real or fabricated access to a child's private material.
• Child trafficking or any attempt to solicit or advertise minors for commercial sexual acts.

6.1 Strict Prohibition of Black Magic and Inhuman Practices

The Platform strictly prohibits any activities, content, advice, or consultations that violate or could potentially violate the laws of India, including but not limited to The Maharashtra Prevention and Eradication of Human Sacrifice and Other Inhuman, Evil and Aghori Practices and Black Magic Act, 2013 (hereinafter "Maharashtra Black Magic Act"). The Platform and all consultants associated with it shall comply with all provisions of the said Act(s).

Prohibited Activities Include But Are Not Limited To:

• (a) Any form of human sacrifice or promotion thereof;
• (b) Assaulting or harming any person under the pretext of expelling ghosts or evil spirits;
• (c) Display of so-called miracles for earning money or to deceive, defraud, and terrorize people;
• (d) Inhuman, evil, and aghori practices that cause danger to life or grievous hurt;
• (e) Practices in the name of karni, bhanamati, jaran-maran, or similar harmful practices;
• (f) Creating fear or threatening others by claiming possession of supernatural powers inapprehensible by senses;
• (g) Accusing any person of practicing black magic or bringing misfortune to others;
• (h) Assaulting, parading naked, or banning daily activities of any person in the name of jaran-maran, karni, or chetuk;
• (i) Preventing persons from taking medical treatment and diverting them to inhuman, evil, and aghori practices;
• (j) Prohibiting medical treatment in case of dog, snake, or scorpion bite and giving treatment like mantra-tantra or ganda-dora instead;
• (k) Claiming to perform surgery by fingers or claiming to change the sex of a foetus;
• (l) Indulging in sexual activity by creating an impression of possessing special supernatural powers or claiming past birth connections;
• (m) Exploiting mentally retarded persons by creating an impression of them having inhuman powers.

6.2 Platform's Position on Prohibited Practices

• (a) Any illegal, illogical, offensive, or unlawful acts, remedies, or advice;
• (b) Reliance on superstitions or claims of supernatural powers that cannot be scientifically verified;
• (c) Any advice or remedy that involves physical harm, financial exploitation, or psychological manipulation;
• (d) Practices that prevent individuals from seeking proper medical, legal, or professional assistance.

6.3 Encouragement of Scientific and Rational Approach

The Platform encourages and promotes scientific, historical, and evidence-based knowledge as captured in authenticated books, scientific research, and modern science. The Platform requests all subscribers to have faith in verified knowledge rather than following wrongful, harmful, or exploitative paths.

Astrological services provided on the Platform are based on ancient traditional knowledge systems and are intended for spiritual guidance, self-reflection, and entertainment purposes only. They should not be confused with supernatural claims or exploitative practices prohibited under law.

6.4 Liability for Consultant Misconduct

In the event that any consultant associated with the Platform suggests illegal, black magic, or illogical remedies to any subscriber, and upon acting on and following those remedies, if any cause, injury, or harm is caused to the user or subscriber, then the consultant shall be solely and exclusively liable for the same. The Platform shall have no responsibility or liability for acts, advice, or remedies that are encouraged by consultants and followed by users in violation of applicable laws or these Terms.

Users are strongly advised to report any consultant who suggests illegal, harmful, or exploitative remedies or practices. The Platform will take immediate action including suspension or termination of such consultant's access and, where appropriate, will report such conduct to law enforcement authorities.

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate Your Account and report You to law enforcement authorities if You violate this policy or engage in any conduct prohibited under the Maharashtra Black Magic Act or any other applicable law.

1. Lawful Use

• The User agrees to use the Website and its services only for lawful and personal purposes.
• The User shall not engage in any activity that is prohibited under applicable laws, including but not limited to the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
• Any person who is Our competitor and a representative of our competitors in any capacity is not allowed to access or use the Platform in any case.
• Subject to Your compliance with each provision of these Policies, Kundli-Veda shall grants You a limited, non-commercial, revocable, personal, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access and use the Platform to access the Service in accordance with these T&C. You shall under no circumstances share the access of the Platform with anyone else.
• Except the rights and interests that are provided to You under these T&C, unless otherwise specified, you shall not be entitled to any other rights or interest whatsoever in the use of Platform / Services.

2. Accurate Information

• The User must provide true, accurate, complete, and updated information during registration or service usage.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in account suspension or termination.

3. Respectful Conduct

• The User agrees to maintain respectful behaviour while interacting with SUV Astrotech Private Limited representatives, including Astrologers.
• Unreasonable, abusive, or harassing behaviour may lead to immediate deactivation of services and forfeiture of wallet balance.

4. Prohibited Content

Users must not host, upload, transmit, or share any content that:

• Belongs to another person without authorisation.
• Is defamatory, obscene, offensive, pornographic, or promotes hate or harm.
• Infringes any intellectual property rights (e.g., copyright, trademark).
• Deceives, impersonates, misleads, or violates the privacy or public order.
• Contains malware, harmful code, or any form of computer virus.

5. Platform Misuse

Users shall not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website or its systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Website’s services or servers.
• Collect email IDs or personal data of other users for unsolicited communication.
• Send spam, chain letters, or promotional material without consent.
• Reverse engineer, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Website without written permission.

6. Responsible Communication

9. Communication Consent

• By using SUV Astrotech Private Limited, the User agrees to receive service-related communication through email, SMS, in-app notifications, and WhatsApp Business messages.

Additional Payment Terms

In case of any discrepancy, false information, or unauthorised use of payment details, SUV Astrotech Private Limited reserves the right to take necessary legal or remedial action, including suspending or terminating the User’s access to services.

If any provision of these terms related to payments or banking information is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, such provision will be replaced with a valid one that closely reflects the original intent. All remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Pricing: The rates for Services are displayed on the Platform and are subject to change at Our discretion.

Wallet System: Payments for Services are processed through the "Kundliveda Wallet." You must load funds into Your Wallet using supported payment methods (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking).

No Refunds: Except as expressly provided in Our Cancellation and Refund Policy, all payments made to load the Wallet or purchase Services are non-refundable.

Third-Party Gateways: We use third-party payment aggregators to process transactions. We are not responsible for any errors, failures, or delays caused by these third-party systems or Your bank.

Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with Your purchases.

Your acceptance of these Terms confirms that you acknowledge and agree:

• SUV Astrotech Private Limited shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or consequence of any nature resulting from your interaction with any external website or platform.
• References or links to third-party platforms or services do not imply any form of endorsement, partnership, or association with SUV Astrotech Private Limited.
• Content created or shared by third parties on our platform is not verified or endorsed by SUV Astrotech Private Limited, and reliance on such content is at your own discretion and risk.
• You acknowledge and agree that the Co. is not liable for any Third Party Applications. While we will try to provide You with advance notice, whenever reasonably possible, You acknowledge and agree that Co. may, at any time and in our sole discretion, and without any notice to You, suspend, restrict or disable access to or remove from Services, any Third Party Application, without any liability to You, including without limitation for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other intangible losses.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:

SUV Astrotech Private Limited shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

• Correct errors or inaccuracies.
• Update, remove, or modify any content, functionality, or feature on the Website or App without prior notice.
• Temporarily or permanently discontinue any part of the Service or Website, with or without notice, and without liability.

1. SEVERABILITY & EXCLUSION

SUV Astrotech Private Limited has taken every effort to ensure that these Terms comply with applicable laws. The invalidity or unenforceability of any part of these Terms shall not prejudice or affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder of these Terms. These Terms do not apply to any information collected by us through any means other than the Website.

These Terms shall not apply to any unsolicited information you provide us through the Website, any other means, or public channels. This includes, but is not limited to, information posted in any public areas of the Website. All unsolicited information shall be deemed to be non-confidential, and we shall be free to use and/ or disclose such unsolicited information without any limitations.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
